Training
Offline: Training could be done in customers'or our company,it is according to customers'demands. In customers'factory our engineer could install and test the machine well to avoid any mistake. And also do the training for the operator, according to the different model machine, the training will be about 3-5 working days, including the normal operation, maintain, problem checking and spare parts replacement.
Online: Through online video, we can guide customers to install equipment, adjust machines and train their operators remotely
Note:The training is free, we don't charge any fees. customers just need pay the air ticket and local accommodation for our engineer. If customer want to go our factory to do the training. Buyer shall select one dedicated responsible staff for 5 days of technical training in China. TECPACKING shall be responsible for the local accommodation.
